Finding Great Deals & "Are We in the Next Market Bubble?"

Finding Great Deals -- Jeremy Miller of Investway (http://IndyBizLaw.us1.list-manage.com/track/click?u=2c52d9974f6ec0f725db2dd65&id=38ecb24474&e=f12c385c72) will show us how to find great deals online, get pricing information and do our own comps. Jeremy will use the Investway (http://IndyBizLaw.us1.list-manage.com/track/click?u=2c52d9974f6ec0f725db2dd65&id=99af58d2e8&e=f12c385c72) software he has developed, but his presentation will focus on the methodologies and techniques that every investor should utilized on any online search service.

"Are We in the Next Market Bubble?" -- We will focus on market trends, prices, valuations and how to buy right without getting burned, when the market adjusts and prices come down. We will have a panel of experts to share their thoughts and answer questions.

WHEN

The doors open at 6pm, and the meeting starts at 6:30pm sharp. Although we are committed to packing great content and networking into our meeting time – the networking time between 6pm and 6:30pm is just as valuable.

COST

The meeting is FREE, and there is plenty of free parking on site.

THE MEETING AFTER THE MEEETING

Make sure you also block time for the informal “meeting after the meeting”, as many of the INreia board members and meeting attendees make the short walk over to enjoy dinner and drinks together on Mass Ave after each month’s meeting. *NOTE - Multiple deals and business relationships have been made during this informal meeting time over the last two years!
