When Furballs Strike (WFS) 51 - Kenmore Lanes Furbowl

When Furballs Strike 51 is set for Saturday, November 16! The theme will be "OMG Aliens!" as we enter our own furry "Area 51" and celebrate all intergalactic alien characters from across the pop culture galaxy. We will have many themed giveaways for our Ultrasponsors and alien-related gifts in our prize raffle!

FURSUIT CHANGING/GROUP PHOTO

We have a dedicated room for fursuit changing/storage (behind the party room partition). Please be courteous to other attendees and only use this room if you need to, and try to space out usage so it doesn't overcrowd.

The fursuit group photo is taken at 2pm before bowling starts. When setting up for the photo please let shorter fursuiters be in the front, and spread out side-to-side as much as possible since the photo is taken as a panoramic. Those in front must either sit or kneel.

REGISTRATION & COST

Ultrasponsor level has returned to its regular price of $30 and comes with your choice of pin (Rainbow UFO or Invader Zim) and your choice of collectible mini-figurine (Stitch or Baby Yoda/Grogu). Ultrasponsors also get an additional raffle ticket for a special Ultrasponsor prize drawing. The pins will be first come first serve, but if you pre-reg Ultra please include which character you want for your figurine.

$12 Base Reg - Bowling, shoe rental, 1 raffle ticket

$15 Sponsor - Bowling, shoe rental, 5 raffle tickets, 1 FurLife or WFS sticker

$20 SuperSponsor - Bowling, shoe rental, 15 raffle tickets, 1 FurLife or WFS sticker + SuperSponsor gift

Include in the Notes/info section your Telegram handle (if you have one, for confirmation), what name you want on the bowling score screen (this will also be your check-in name), and which figurine you want (Stitch or Baby Yoda) if Ultrasponsoring. We will be going back to the regular 5 bowlers per lane.

IMPORTANT: If you would like to bowl in a group, please make sure ALL members pre-reg (put in the notes section who you want to bowl with) or check in together in-person.

If you pre-reg, there will be a separate, much faster-moving line for where you check in, pick up your raffle tickets and lane assignment. Pre-Reg closes at 11:59pm on Wednesday, November 13.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

11am - Party room opens
Noon - Pre-Reg Check In opens
12:15 - At-event Registration opens
1:40 - Registration closes
2:00 - Fursuit Group Photo (usually in the middle of our assigned lanes, listen for announcement)
2:15 - Bowling starts
4:15 - Bowling ends
5pm - Awards, Charity Auction, Prize Raffle

CHARITY INFO

For WFS 51 there will be a charity gift drive organized by Lovella Lovepug! She will be collecting toys and necessities (clothing, cleaning supplies, etc) in the party room during reg, and out on the lanes during bowling (where the convention tables are, towards the end of the lanes). Those who donate will get a raffle ticket to try and win some gift cards, which will take place just before the WFS raffle! Thank you for helping those in need as the holiday season nears!

PRIZE RAFFLE

There will be many amazing prizes for attendees to take home in our prize raffle which takes place in the Party Room after bowling. We will do last call after bowling ends and start around 4:30.

Extra tickets may be purchased for $1 each (or $4 for 5) anytime prior to the raffle beginning.

DJ

Our DJ will be Aiko Fox (house/dubstep/trap). Aiko has DJed at PDFC and many private events. We are excited to have him!

FOOD

Kenmore Lanes has a full restaurant and bar for us to order from at our leisure. Please do not bring in any outside food or drink as this is against Kenmore's house policies. Things like bottled water/sport drinks kept in the party room for our fursuiters is fine and encouraged.
