Furries Ride the Light Rail 1 Line! (Lynnwood)

Hello! Hyper and MadDog are getting a group of folks together to ride the new Lynnwood stretch of the 1 line on the Sound Transit Lightrail. Fursuits welcome on this journey, but not required. We look to put some smiles on the travelers' faces and light interaction with the public.

We would like to meet up at the Lynnwood lightrail station platform at 11:45am to catch the 12:01pm departing train as scheduled. We will be going round trip, all the way down and back it will take us 2.5 hours, putting us back at the Lynnwood station at an estimated 2:32pm.

Please note there are no bathrooms aboard the train, if you need to use the restroom, you will have to disembark at the SeaTac airport station before angle lake and use the airport bathrooms. You risk being separated from the group, please plan accordingly.

We are hoping to take a group photo at the Angle Lake station while waiting for the train to depart back northbound.

We will be riding a moving vehicle in fursuits. If you get motion sickness in fursuit, this is probably not the event for you, however you are welcome to join as a human!

There will not be any place to change into your suit so you will need to change at the parking garage. There is parking on site, a large parking garage with a small walk to the station. Obviously getting there on public transit is super easy, catch the 1 line north.

Please make sure you have your lightrail ticket purchased before arriving at the platform at the kiosks at ground level, or have tapped your ORCA card on the reader.

There will be a cooler with water bottles available for hydration, and some room to store your own personal water bottle as well.

Sound Transit has asked me to make sure everyone has read and understands the rules and etiquette (clickie) before attending.
