So two potential places that make me squee right now. One with Blaidd in Shoreline, and one with Wolf Irotisha, but you did not say where exactly. The Shoreline looks like a good fit, and I wouldn't mind either or of what you're suggesting. I meet all your required rules, and *imitates Roy Mustang* I LOVE DOGS! :D However, I have a desktop rig that I'd need to setup somewhere. Blaidd, let me know if you have a place where my rig could be set up. I'll also probably be bringing my computer desk. I also have a Futon that would need a home. Maybe could be stored somewhere? I don't know... either way, I have some stuff. A good bit of stuff. And I'd like to keep that stuff if at all possible. I've lost alot of stuff in different moves... had to sadly leave a very expensive PS3 that I got for free, basically, out in Alabama, and I'd rather avoid doing something like that with my current stuff. I say stuff alot, don't I? So Wolf, where is your place at? I would definitely be interested in coming to take a look and see what it's like. Also, to both of you, wanting to get this done beginning of May. I will also want to have people help out some as well. If I can get people to help me move, there'd be pizza in it. Hey every fur so I have 2 rooms available  now. Both of them the rent is around 300 and with the bills the total amount you would pay is around 400 (depending on if it's a electricity month or not.) we have a beautiful view of the water and are only the 106 bus ride away from downtown. My landlord is really trying to get these rooms rented out so if anyone is interested please let me know.
