What we’re about
Let's round up our pups, old and young, BIG and small for some doggie fun. Our little guys and gals have big hearts and big needs! This group is for socialization, exercise, and new experiences! And while we are at it, let's meet new friends too!
I will be bringing my dachshund, Hazey, who is 11 years old. She loves walks, treats, sloppy kisses, barking hello, ball, ball, ball, ball, and ball!

WHO: This group is made up of all kinds of folks and dogs. We are not a reactive dog group or a training group. Adults only, please. The best way to meet new friends is to attend regularly!
WHAT: We do all kinds of events! Beach outings, yappy hours, walks, yoga, parades, scavenger hunts and more!
WHERE: Most events are in Long Beach, but occasionally in surrounding areas.
WHEN: Events are for the most every 2 weeks or monthly and have between 5-15 attendees!

Sniffari 🐾 Through the Marina ⛵︎ and Biological Preserve
Pete Archer Rowing Center (Marine Stadium), 5750 Boathouse Lane, Long Beach, CA, USThe sun is setting earlier, but dogs can see in the dark! Let have an evening stroll to explore the Jack Dunster Marine Biological Reserve. The reserve park itself is very small, but his home to beautiful flowers and wildlife. After we explore the park will take a little walk and then head back to where we parked. Feel free to bring a flashlight or lighted collar for your dog.
WE WILL MEET: to the left of the rowing center on the sidewalk.
Plenty of parking at the Rowing Center.

We’re joining the Downtown Long Beach Alliance for their monthly Paws on the Promenade walk—an easygoing stroll where dogs of all sizes (and their humans) can mingle, explore, and enjoy that downtown energy together.We’ll walk, sniff, socialize, and soak up the start-of-summer vibes on the lively promenade. It’s a great way to get your pup some exercise, make new friends, and enjoy Long Beach at its best!

Dog 🐾 Sculpture Garden 🗿 Walk
Cerritos Sculpture Garden, 183rd St, Cerritos, CA, USDogs can appreciate art too! Join us for a walk around Cerritos Sculpture Garden and library. The sculpture garden is great for taking photos! There is free parking in the parking lot between the garden and the library. We will meet at 10 at Public Art "Amaryllis" which is the fountain at the corner of the parking lot near the library. Please click on the map here in the Meetup event description to see the exact location. We will then walk towards Bloomfield and 183rd St., and then make our way back to the sculpture garden to end there.
