Cancellation policy
1. If the hike does not take place, we will announce 24h in advance at the latest. FUSE will reimburse you 100% of the payment within 2-5 workdays or gift you a voucher – according to your wishes.
2. No-show: a refund does not apply, except with proof of objective reason such as a physician's note etc.
