Whether you're a designer or a team leader, leading joint work sessions is a must skill in order to keep up with the work environment in most companies and with clients.

Russ is the Design Director of the 18F federal design project. He's also the co-author of the book "A Project Guide to a UX Design" and a co-founder of ChicagoCamps.
