  • Toilets and nice showers with free soap/shampoo (5 showers)
  • Free Lockers (most people bring their bags into the court!)

4F changing rooms (left of the reception desk). You don't need to wait for us to use the changing rooms! We will meet on the court on 5F. Try to arrive at the court 5 minutes early.

【Meet】

• Ochiaiminaminagasaki station (Oedo line), A3 Exit. 4F for changing rooms and 5F for the futsal court. Ochiaiminaminagasaki station is 12 mins by train from Shinjuku.

• Higashinagasaki station (Seibu Ikebukuro line), South Exit + 10 mins walk. The futsal court is located directly above Ochiaiminaminagasaki station.

【Bring】

• Trainers, sneakers or futsal shoes (no studs or spikes). The court is astro carpet (short pile)

• Sportswear or loose clothing

• Shinpads (not required, but advisable!)

• Smiles (required!)

フットサルコートは大江戸線「落合南長崎」駅直結 / 西武池袋線東長崎南口より徒歩7分。ショッピングセンターiTerrace4階に受付があり、更衣室にはシャワー、シャンプーなどがご利用できます。5階に屋内と屋外のコートはどちらも人工芝です。ショッピングセンターiTerraceの駐車場をご利用頂けます。

【持ち物】

• トレーナー又はフットサルシューズを持参してください。（但しスパイクは禁止です）

• レガースは必要ありませんが、心配な方にはお勧めします。

• 怪我させないよう楽しくやりましょう！
