FOR DAY OF MIFA SESSION PARTICIPANTS
Howdy everyone!
Starting at the end of this month, we’ll be adding a 10–15 minute warm-up session outside the field before each MIFA session.
Warm-up plan:
• 5–10 min light jog
• 5–10 min stretching
This warm-up is not mandatory, but I strongly encourage everyone to take part and look after their body before playing. As the weather gets colder, proper warm-ups become even more important for injury prevention.
Since we cannot enter the court before the official start time, please leave your belongings in a locker and meet me outside the field.
And if you think you don’t need to warm up… that’s the wrong answer 😉
