Futura Talks is going into its February issue and what better topic to discuss and learn about during Black History Month than diversity!

Our invited speaker is Yolanda Rother, co-founder and managing director of The Impact Company. She will give us an introduction into the sheer dimension of diversity, what it means for an individual, what it means for a company, what it means for society.

We will be diving into the term intersectionality and talk about what being an ally really means, what it entails and why it matters for everyone.

Whether you’re already an expert in this topic or are just starting to learn about it, Yolanda will meet you where you are.

Yolanda Rother (she/her) is co-founder of "The Impact Company", a diversity, audience and culture consultancy. She moderates and speaks on topics related to digital society, politics and open government, diversity and sustainability.
