Narcissism (aka the status quo) has touched everybody's life in one way or another. So
what would a world free of narcissism look like—for our relationships, our communities, and the planet itself? This is the question at the heart of FutureBasedU gatherings.
Led by Amy Vasterling, these conversations are designed for women and those who care deeply about people, justice, and the future of humanity. Together, we explore the largely invisible system that allows what Amy terms narcissistic social disordering to thrive—shaping control structures, distorting relationships, and leaving so many of us feeling exhausted, confused, and stuck wondering if meaningful change is even possible.
Drawing on 25 years of observational research, Amy connects the dots between where humanity has been and where we are naturally heading: a future rooted in natural equality. Through thoughtful discussion and practical, exercises, we begin releasing what keeps us bound to outdated dynamics—so we can reclaim clarity, agency, and freedom for ourselves and for the world we care about.
This is not about fixing individuals. It’s about liberating humanity once and for all.
