Managing Data Flows: Apache NiFi Deep Dive + Streaming Use Cases

This is the next Future of Data Meetup after a long break. It's been busy :-)

Here's a few buzzwords on what you can expect: Apache Kafka, Apache Spark (Streaming), Apache NiFi + Kubernetes

On 17th October we'll meet again in the offices of Greentube to learn about the newest developments of Apache NiFi. I'm happy that I can announce that Tibor Kiss from Cloudera is giving a presentation on the NiFi features his team and he is currently working on.
Stefan Kuehrer from Greentube will introduce us to the stream processing landscape at Greentube, featuring Spark Streaming, Apache Kafka and Apache NiFi.

Bios:

• Tibor Kiss is a senior engineering manager at Cloudera. He leads the DF-X Platform and Sustaining Engineering groups in the "Data in Motion" business unit which focuses on Kubernetes Enablement and Product Quality. Prior to Cloudera Tibor was working on distributed systems development, simulation and validation at IBM Research.
• Gabor Lekeny works as a Staff Software Engineer at Cloudera in a DevOps role. He focusses on technologies around Kubernetes and any connected topic.
