(FS:R) - Beyond Copilot: Embed AI in systems and processes - with Frans Lytzen
Pentahotels Reading, Oxford Road, RG1 7RH, Reading, GB(FS:R) - Beyond Copilot: Embed AI in systems and processes- with Frans Lytzen
Session Overview:
A lot of the emphasis on AI, right now, is around what you might call "personal productivity AI" - such as ChatGPT, Copilot etc. The next level above that is re-imagining your processes and your software systems in a way that utilises AI. It is likely that the impact from that will be orders of magnitude greater. Yet, there is much less clarity and information about how to approach that problem. For more than a decade, NewOrbit has been designing systems to help organisations scale. In this session we will dive into how we apply that experience to embedding AI in systems and processes. We will look at how to identify use-cases, with plenty of real examples, and give an overview of how to design AI applications in a way that gives you control and predictability.
FutureSkills Learning Outcomes
- How to identify low-hanging use-cases that can benefit from "embedding AI".
- Understand the difference between a Large Language Model and an application such as ChatGPT.
- Know how to conceptually design an AI application (not technical)
