‘AI Strategy Canvas’ - Shaping Your Approach to AI - Stuart Munton
AI is transforming agile delivery roles, teams, and practices, making AI transformation the new strategic focal point. This workshop introduces the 'AI Strategy Canvas,' a new interactive canvas that guides you in shaping your approach to AI across various levels:
- Individual: Explore how AI converges with personal skills and competencies.
- Team: Select and apply AI-enhanced practices to improve team dynamics.
- Organization: Define a broader strategic AI approach to guide future change.
The session will use examples to demonstrate the canvas in action and help attendees navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of AI options. While there is no one-size-fits-all solution, indecision risks leaving individuals, teams, and organizations behind.
Attendees will leave with a practical understanding of the 'AI Strategy Canvas,' use case examples, and access to the online template to apply in their own contexts immediately.
Learning Outcomes
- Define an appropriate AI strategy at the individual, team, and organizational levels.
- Understand an approach to setting an AI strategy for the next 6-18 months.
- Explore a range of AI options and how to apply them.
- Acquire a valuable AI strategy tool to use right away.
