-Illia Klymov, GitLab.
In his talk “JavaScript, agentic coding, and harsh reality”, Illia will share practical experience of using AI in a large brownfield project at GitLab — how to combine AI and JavaScript, what actually works in agent-based development, and why the mythical 10x productivity isn’t as simple as it seems.

-Andrii Shumada, WalkMe.
In the talk “No MCP, No Zod: Lean AI Agents in Nоdе.js and Vertex AI”, Andrii will cover building a multi-tool AI agent with Nоdе.js on top of Google Vertex AI, share insights on model selection and scaling development with CI/CD, and explain why the team moved away from MCP servers and Zod, often considered standard for such systems.

-Oleh Dutchenko, Kasta.
In the talk “Frontend Architecture: Myth, Diagram, or a Living System? A Large E-commerce Migration Case Study”, Oleh will explain how the team is migrating a large e-commerce platform from a Clojure monolith to a separate frontend, how they approach architecture in practice, and where reality diverges from initial plans.

-Oleksandr Zinevych, Avenga. During the talk “Teach AI to Use Your Backend, or the Magic of MCP”, Oleksandr will explain why the Model Context Protocol is becoming increasingly important for developers, how to move from a standard REST API to a fully functional MCP server, and what to pay attention to when working with libraries, protocol specifics, and security to enable AI to independently interact with your backend.
