Dinner across Fort Worth: DeLucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine

Our last time here was the summer of 2025 and the food is outstanding.
The menu is served "rodizio style:" employees (aka gauchos) with trays walk through the restaurant constantly, offering a wide variety of pizza.
Each customer pays 1 set price for unlimited access to the meal.
If memory serves, each customer flips their coaster to the green side up if they want another helping, or red side up if they don't need anything more to eat.
The attendance limit is 15 to begin, and if that changes with a wait-list this site will be updated.
