DFW Italian Festival

If you have some free time on Sunday Oct. 11 and are willing to visit the Irving area, the metroplex's 4th annual Italian festival features plenty of food, wine, music and games (particularly bocce).
There is no cost for admission.
Food & drink offerings range from large-scale ventures to local, independent businesses.
The Event Host will be there at 11 AM, when the gates open.

You can register free of charge - basically reserving a ticket before arriving - or pay in advance for a special event such as the Spaghetti Dinner.
Bring a debit and/or credit card as the venue is cashless.
Parking will be available in nearby garages. You might have to park and walk a little bit to reach the Levy Plaza. The garage immediately next to the venue is highly likely to be crowded - if you want to go there, expect to take time waiting to get in and get a spot.
