Brunch @Easy Like Sunday

Singing at the top of my lungs... "That's why I'm eeeeasy. Easy like Sunday (morning)." Not quite as eloquent as Lionel Richie mind you, but we're headed to one of Charlotte's newest hot spots, Easy Like Sunday (ELS).

Brunch goals: fluffy pancakes, delectable mimosas, and you! This winning combination was picked by FWS Facebook members. Apparently, ELS's shrimp and grits are hard to beat. But we'll be the judge of that. Well, y'all will be the judges - since I don't eat seafood...LoL.

There seems to be plenty of parking in the lot behind the restaurant.

I should be on site around 1130a. Once on site, I will reserve the table for the number of people who are at the restaurant only; not the meetup.com reservation number.
