Mid-Week Evening Healing Chair Meditation Spiritual Group

Welcome to Enhanced Energy Healing Mid-Week Meditators. We are proud to present our latest Meditation, Healing & Spiritual Growth Group! This group is for anyone interested in exploring self-healing, meditation, expanding their spiritual awareness, and personal growth journey. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or just beginning your exploration, join us for a variety of events including meditation, spiritual development, and more. Connect with like-minded individuals, learn new techniques, and deepen your understanding of yourself and the world around you. Let's support each other on our paths to greater healing and spiritual growth together.

Held in the Hayes Room at the Barrington Centre, Ferndown, on a fortnightly basis. Start time is 19:00 pm, and finishes at 20:00 pm. The session is expected to start on time, so please ensure that you arrive in plenty of time beforehand. You will also have an opportunity to grab an evening drink from Aroma and stay for a chat afterwards.

Can't do Wednesday evenings? Chair Meditation is also taking place in the morning at the Allendale Centre, Wimborne, on a fortnightly basis starting at 10:15 am and finishing by 11:15 am. Again, there is an opportunity afterwards to head over to the Allendale Cafe, where you can grab a cuppa and stay for a chat.
