‣ BIO:
Divya (MSc Oxford Internet Institute) is the co-founder of the Collective Intelligence Project, which advances collective intelligence capabilities for the democratic and effective governance of transformative technologies. She serves as Associate Political Economist and Social Technologist at Microsoft’s Office of the CTO. She also holds positions as a research director at Metagov and a researcher in residence at the RadicalXChange Foundation.

She has written extensively on these topics, with work published in Frontiers in Blockchain, Coindesk, ACM SIGCHI, ICTD, Information, Communication, and Society, ACM COMPASS, LREC, Harvard's Safra Center, The Morning Context, and The Wire, among others.

Fang-Jui is a hybrid designer who graduated from the Royal College of Art with an MA in Service Design. They've worked as a multi-dimensional designer covering a wide range of disciplines across diverse industries. The main body of Fang's work focused on digital democracy, public service innovation, citizen engagement, collaborative policy and rule making. They strongly believe that a designer has an obligation to work for the benefit of society, the environment and the economy -- including bridging these areas together.
