Will still need to take it easy in February so we'll do the 5+ mile flat around the back of the mountain to Burnt Hickory Road and back. Come out and join the walk-hike and it will be slower than I normally go. Please bring plenty of water.
We invite you to join us for the 19th anniversary of performing this play at the tavern about young lovers, feuding families and one Friar with good intentions. Meet me in the lobby a little after 5. Doors open / seating / dining begins at 5:15. I will go in then to get us a good spot. We will likely be in our regular box seats. Check in at the box office to pick up your ticket under CRAP and your name as it appears on the Meetup site. I have red hair and lots of freckles...you can't miss me. Tell the hostess you are sitting with Holly and the Meetup Group when you enter the theater. The show begins at 6:30. Please contact me if you are running late or can't make it. Sometimes I can find someone to use your ticket and it is extremely rude to just not show up. If this event fills up, I can try to add more spaces if tickets are available. Please send me a private message if the event is full, but you would like to attend. DINNER: You will need to pay for your own dinner if you will be dining at the Tavern with us. PARKING: There is a parking deck directly across Peachtree Street from the tavern for Emory Crawford Long Hospital. Save $1 with your ticket stub (it will be around $4 after the discount)! It's safer than some of the surrounding surface lots and they take credit cards.
