Horseshoe Bend National Military Park trail walk

We did this last year and it was an interesting place to experience. Horseshoe Bend was a War of 1812 clash of American Creek Indians, who supported the British, and U.S. forces under future president Andrew Jackson. There is a 2.8-mile walking nature trail in the park and we will meet at the visitor center at 1pm to start the trail. Also, I want to support our less visited National Park Service places.

Please bring plenty of water.
