Fernbank Planetarium - Explore (& Observatory Telescope)

The Fernbank Jim Cherry Memorial Planetarium has new shows for the fall and the 8pm show is Explore, which is a historical look at how humankind viewed the skies.

The show starts at 8pm so I am putting the start time at 7:30 to give people time to meet there look at the exhibits. We will meet inside downstairs at the doors to the theater at 7:50 to see the show.

If the weather is clear, the observatory telescope will have viewings the moon, planets and other fun things in the sky.

Cost is $10 for adults, $5 for kids & seniors and can be only purchased on the website: Jim Cherry Memorial Planetarium

This is the Fernbank across the street from Fernbank Elementary School, NOT the national history museum off Clifton Road.
