Portsmouth Halloween parade

Come join us for a Halloween parade in downtown Portsmouth. there will be thousands of people in the parade. everyone needs to be dressed up. I am preparing a float and would need help decorating it, so if you're interested in helping me let me know. we could do a group show with music. we will be meeting in Prescott Park I'm not sure exactly where
just yet but I'll let you know
