What we’re about

Gaia Meditation Circle

Gaia Meditation Circle is an invitation to step out of the rush of daily life and take a journey back to your true self, beyond roles, beyond stories. It’s a space where you can pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Do you want to feel truly at home in your body?
Do you want to reconnect with who you are beyond being a parent, a friend, beyond your job or your origins?
Do you dream of pressing pause on everything—just for a moment—to stop doing, stop thinking and simply be?

If any of this speaks to you, or if you’re simply curious to explore what it’s all about, join us on Sunday, May 25th, by the lake in Kralingen, for the first gathering of our Psychosomatic Mindfulness Circle.
