Foreign Teachers in Japan are faced with many hurdles. Many of these hurdles emanate from cultural differences, logistics challenges and acclimatizing. Other difficulties are can be more serious and can range from dealing with bad employers to legal problems. What better way to deal with these issues than through sharing experiences and solutions and having a great time too.
Our Activities Will Include But Is Not Limited Too
Supporting and Helping Foreign Teachers In Japan On Any Teacher Related Issue- big, small, legal, social etc.
Arranging Teacher social events and helping teachers network towards seeking friendship and support from within the Gaijin teacher community.
Sharing experiences: Good, Bad, Mediocre.

Helping with Teacher Methods and Classroom performance improvement.
Helping educate the Japanese society, including Japanese teachers and teacher employers towards understanding Gaijin teachers through understanding Gaijin Teacher culture/s.
