What we’re about

Fellow martial artists and fitness enthusiast, come join us and train authentic Kung Fu martial arts (Bak Mei (white eyebrow), Tai Chi Chuan, Wing Chun Fist).

Regular training includes: solo drills, partner drills, iron palm, taolu(form/kata), classic sparring, chi sao(sensitivity training), gor sao(playful sparring), san sao(combination sparring), tui sao (push hands), and mor sao (grappling/grinding arms), we also do weapons for special training days (staff, sticks, butterfly swords, broad sword).
