Welcome to the Gaithersburg Area Caregivers Group! This group is for anyone who is taking care of a loved one. It is intended to give you an outlet of other caregivers who love what they do but need social networking and contact. Whether it be a friendly text to check on you or a coffee or social hour to release some stress after a hectic day of taking care of everyone except yourself. Come join me.
