Bullies, Upstanders and bystanders.

Happy new year - here's our first event of the year.

This topic is very close to me as I hate bullies but ultimately suffer the cost of bystanders.

In this session I'm going to give you a few experiences that happened to me and the lessons I learnt, and then an open forum for anyone to share stories of when they found themselves a victim, upstander or bystander - would also welcome stories from anyone whose found themselves regretfully in the position of a bully, we are all here to learn.

Then we will delve into actionable skills.

HOW do we fight the bully.
HOW do we react to bystanders.
HOW do we raise, become or attract upstanders.
HOW do we step away from victim mentality.
