For the 55 + Crowd: Let's Create a Portable Herbal Garden Box!

Join us in creating a portable herbal garden using a window box. You can use on a window sill, terrace, steps or inside /outside wherever you’d like! While we don’t know what components we’ll use this year, we made one last year and it was chock full of herbs and lettuces. Basil, sage, chives and red leaf and butter lettuces made a garden we used for weeks!

Afterwards if your schedule permits it, you can join in for a coffee/tea or a casual lunch along with some conversation and laughs. We’ll eat at the Swiss Bakery Cafe a few minutes away at the corner of South Ave and Elm St: 159 South Ave, Morristown.

The workshop is at the Frelinghuysen Arboretum. Cost: $15 plus a small processing fee. Note: you don't have to live in Morris County to attend.
