Join us at a discussion with international bestselling author Marjan Kamali to discuss her latest book, The Lion Women of Tehran, a gripping tale of friendship, political struggle and personal redemption, set against the backdrop of revolutionary Tehran, Iran. The novel spans several decades, tracing the intertwined lives of two childhood friends.
Marjan Kamali is the author of several novels, including The Stationery Shop, a national and international bestseller, and Together Tea, a Massachusetts Book Award finalist. Born in Turkey to Iranian parents, Marjan was raised in Turkey, Iran, Germany, Kenya and the U.S.
