Lunar New Year Lunch Celebration:Year of the Fire Horse- good food, good luck!!

Let's celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year of the Fire Horse at Noodles Lee/Noodle Wong in Parsippany. We're in for a treat - we've arranged a special event - a traditional Chinese New Year tasting menu of 8 courses. A little off our usual path but not too far -approx. 35 minutes from Westfield - from Bridgewater 45 minutes.

Mary Chao arranged this event and has graciously agreed to lead the discussion on the meanings of traditional foods and about how this holiday is traditionally celebrated.

The value packed prix fixe menu consists of:
Shumai and Spring Roll Platter, Minced Chicken Corn Soup, Pork Chop Peking Style. Crispy Fried Chicken, Salt Baked Squid with Chili Spice Salt, Sautéed Chinese Broccoli with Garlic, Seafood Pan Fried Noodles, Young Chou Fried Rice finishing with a complimentary Sesame Ball.
Served Family Style (we're working on hosting in a private room).

COST: $40 per person (includes meal, tip and tax- soft drinks extra/not included) paid in full in advance. We must have 12 people in order to host this event- if we do not get 12 paid RSVPs, your funds will be returned.

Everyone will be placed on the waitlist until their deposit is paid. Once paid, I will move each person to the going list. Spots will be given in the order of payment not by RSVP. If you cancel for any reason and we cannot fill your empty seat the deposit will be forfeited as we will be committed to the restaurant.
