🌿👟 Walking Tour: Mt Tabor, Quaint Victorian homes, Camp Cottage and more!

Join us for a fun and easygoing outing filled with fresh air, light walking, local history, conversation, and laughter.

Tucked into the hills of Morris County, Mount Tabor feels like a step back in time. This tiny historic community, just 0.39 square miles, founded in 1869 as a Methodist revival camp meeting ground; is filled with colorful Victorian cottages, intricate gingerbread trim, winding streets, and old-fashioned charm. Often compared to a miniature Cape May, Mount Tabor is a rare architectural treasure hidden in our area.

We'll do our steps viewing Victorian homes, the interior of the Richardson History House Museum, the Camp Meeting Cottage Museum, as part of this walking tour.
