Event Full We’ll join a NJ Audubon Naturalist on the observation deck to watch for soaring Broad-winged Hawk kettles, Bald Eagles, migrating raptors and passing songbirds—all while enjoying spectacular views. 🦅🍂

No birding experience needed! Loaner binoculars are available, or bring your own.

After the Hawk Watch, we’ll get our steps in on the rustic woodland trails at the Sanctuary. We can also explore the Visitors Center gallery, shop and meet some rescued animal ambassadors.

Why this small group? This is a trial run to scope out the area and see if it’s a good fit for a larger Gal Pals outing. It’s also a great way to get to know each other in a relaxed, small-group setting!

⏰ Allow approximately 2–3 hours, with an optional lunch/coffee afterward if everyone is up for it.

Important: Please RSVP only if you’re committed to attending. NJ Audubon requires a release and photo release form, which I’ll send to you to complete and return before the event.
Everyone will be on the waitlist until your release forms are received - attendees will be in the order of returns the forms will be placed on the attendee list given to NJ Audubon along with the forms. Thanks!
