🍔 Portland Mercury Burger Week is here! 🍔
Let's get together and check out one of this year's Burger Week entries! I picked Pacific Standard for a few very scientific reasons:
🍟 I've never been there before.
🚗 The parking and seating situation looks promising.
🧅 The rest of the menu looks dangerously tempting. French Onion Dip? Chips & Caviar? I have questions... and I plan to find answers.
🧀 Most importantly... there's brie involved.

### 🍔 The French Connection

A juicy all-beef patty stuffed with caramelized French onions, layered with American cheese, crisp lettuce, pickles, fresh onions, and Dijon mustard, then smothered in a melty brie sauce and served on a Martin's potato bun.

🍸 They're also pairing it with a $12 French 75 if that's your thing.
