We all carry quiet burdens — thoughts like:
“I’m falling behind.”
“Why can’t I make real friends?”
“Everyone else has it together but me.”
At this Reflect & Connect evening, we’ll gently unpack the hidden hurts of modern life — loneliness, envy, rage, anxiety, self-doubt — and meet them not with shame, but understanding.
Through carefully chosen prompts from The School of Life's Emotional First Aid Kit, we’ll explore:

  • Why our minds spiral with comparison
  • What rage is really trying to say
  • Why FOMO might be more existential than we think
  • And how even loneliness can carry meaning

There’s no group therapy, no forced sharing. Just honest prompts, quiet writing, optional discussion and insight.
A hot drink included.
Come solo, bring a friend, or simply observe.
