At this Reflect & Connect evening, we’ll explore the fascinating (and frustrating) gap between knowing what we want to do — and not doing it.
- Why do we put off things we care about?
- What role do emotions, beliefs, and our nervous system play?
- Can motivation be built — and how do we overcome self-doubt?

Using psychology, neuroscience, and practical reflection prompts, we’ll look beyond “laziness” and uncover what’s really getting in the way — and how we might move forward with more clarity and compassion.
