We often hear about achieving, gaining, or holding on, but what about releasing? Letting go is an art—one we often avoid. But what happens when we choose to let go of old goals, identities, or fears? Tonight, we’ll explore what letting go means for us—and what we might gain by releasing what no longer fits.

What’s one thing you let go of in the past that brought relief?

### Three questions we’ll unwrap on the night:

  1. What do you hold onto out of habit, rather than need?
  2. How do you know when it’s time to let go of a goal or relationship?
  3. What’s something you want to release but find difficult, and why?
