Fear is one of the most powerful forces shaping human behaviour.
Is fear a wise signal we should listen to, or a barrier we need to move through? And how do we recognise when it’s doing one or the other?

This evening, we’ll explore the role fear plays in our lives.

### Warm-up question:

What fears most often stop people from doing what they want?

### Questions we’ll unwrap on the night:

1. Are our biggest fears usually realistic or imagined?
2. How do we recognise when fear is protecting us vs limiting us?
3. What helped you move through a fear in the past?

This is a non-moderated discussion. We provide the questions and the space — then it’s up to you to unwrap the theme.

There’s a philosopher in all of us — usually hiding behind the day’s to-do list.

We’ll be meeting at the back area of the The OSLO Pub, Salthill. The event is free, and we’d appreciate you ordering a drink at the bar to support the venue, who generously reserve a room for our group.
