THE RIGHT KIND OF DIFFICULT — MindSlí Meaningful Conversations
Details
Not all hard things are worth it. But some of them are exactly what we need.
Some of the most important things in our lives have been difficult - the kind of difficult that stretched us, clarified us, changed us. And some things were just hard. The kind that drained us, diminished us, or kept us stuck while we told ourselves we were being strong.
Questions we’ll unwrap on the night:
- What’s something hard in your life right now, and do you think it’s growing you or grinding you?
- Have you ever mistaken suffering for growth: stayed somewhere hard because leaving felt like giving up?
- Is there a challenge you’ve been avoiding that you suspect you actually need?
- What does the RIGHT kind of difficult look like for you in the next year?
This is a non-moderated discussion. We provide the questions and the space — then it’s up to you to unwrap the theme.
There’s a philosopher in all of us — usually hiding behind the day’s to-do list.
We’ll be meeting at The Oslo Pub (Galway Bay Brewery), Salthill, at the back.
