Digitalisation means that they are spending less time on low value, manual tasks like timing studies and more time converting insights into successful improvements. In this talk, Anthony will discuss the role of the lean engineer and how digitalisation is helping them to accelerate continuous improvement in the MedTech sector.

Bio: Anthony Cahill brings 20+ years manufacturing and continuous improvement experience from the Life Sciences sector. He has worked in large multi nationals like Boston Scientific and TE Medical through to small MedTech start-ups. His ambition for Kyzentree is to combine lean methods with digital technology to help companies accelerate their continuous improvement journey.
