🐦🌿 Draw Like an Ancient Scribe: Egyptian Hieroglyphics Workshop

Step back in time and explore the art of Egyptian hieroglyphics!
In this relaxed, creative session we’ll learn to draw some of the most iconic hieroglyphic symbols, understand their meanings, and even try writing our names or short messages in the ancient style.

### What we’ll be doing:

• Learn about common hieroglyphs (animals, plants, gods, daily life)
• Practice drawing them step by step
• Create short words or names using hieroglyphic symbols
• Optional: decorate your hieroglyphs with watercolor washes or ink for an authentic papyrus look

### What I’ll bring:

• Reference sheets with hieroglyphs and their meanings
• Pens, pencils, and markers
• Paper (including some tea-stained for a papyrus-style effect!)
• Extra supplies for watercolor or ink accents

### What you can bring (optional):

• Your sketchbook or favorite pens
• Any Egyptian-inspired art you’d like to share
• Snacks or tea to keep the vibe relaxed
