Cocoon is heading to have the biggest cultural impact in the Danish game industry since INSIDE was launched in 2017. The two games have some similarities, since the lead game designer Jeppe Carlsen, and Audio Programmer Jakob Schmid from Playdead have formed an alliance to create Cocoon together. The game was recently released and has already received massive praise for both the puzzles, graphics, and especially the sound design and music which is superbly well done and highly characteristic.

Join us for the 25th edition of Game Audio Playthrough where Jacob Schmid and the audio team of Cocoon will speak about the dogmas of only working with synthesized sounds and how the music is generative and helps solve the puzzles.
