2Tonnes is an interactive card game created by a French non-profit with the mission of facilitating and educating around climate change.

How does it work?

• Before the game, participants complete an online questionnaire about their personal consumption habits and receive an estimate of their individual CO₂ footprint. You will already be able to compare your result with the German average.
• During the game, you make thoughtful decisions by choosing a set of proposed cards, which allows you — individually and collectively — to reduce CO₂ emissions.
• The goal is for the team to reach an average footprint of 2 tonnes of CO₂.

📍 Duration: 3 hours
👥 Number of participants: 5–12
It is highly recommended to complete the questionnaire in advance, so that during the game you can work with your own data rather than simulated data. I will send the questionnaires to participants via DMs prior to the event.
