You’re Not Alone. And You Don’t Have to Go Through This Alone.
Have you ever been married to or involved with a woman, while also feeling attracted to men? You’re not the only one—and you don’t have to navigate this journey by yourself.
GAMMA is a peer-led support group for men who are gay, bisexual, questioning, or who don’t use labels but know they’re attracted to other men. Many of us have been, or still are, in relationships with women. We come together in a safe, nonjudgmental space to share our stories, listen, learn, and support one another.
There are no professionals or therapists here—just men helping men. GAMMA is a self-help community, organized entirely by volunteers who first came seeking support and stayed to give back. We’ve been meeting regularly since 1978, offering connection, compassion, and community across the United States.
We welcome men of all ages, races, backgrounds, and beliefs—wherever you are in the world.
Our online meetings are confidential and open to everyone. You don’t have to use your real name, and you will never be pressured to share more than you’re comfortable with.
