📢 Announcement for Ganbatte Latte! 📢
Thank you to everyone who participated last time! 😊 We’re excited to see both familiar and new faces in our upcoming event.
However, we kindly ask everyone to keep the following points in mind if you plan to join us: 🙇
- If you have marked yourself as “going” to the event but later find yourself unable to participate, please either update your RSVP to “not going” or send us a message notifying us at least 4 hours before the event starts.
- Whenever possible, please RSVP via Meetup to confirm your attendance.
💰 Participation Fee & Drink Order:
Starting this time, there will be a ¥500 participation fee to help cover event and material costs.
Since the event is held in a café, please also order at least one drink per person. ☕
We really appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation — it helps us keep the event sustainable and enjoyable for everyone! 🙏

During English time, please prioritize giving English learners more time to express their thoughts, and vice versa during Japanese time.
⭐ Aim for each person to ask 3 questions.
⭐ Please make an effort to use only English during English time and only Japanese during Japanese time. If anyone struggles to find words, please help and support each other!

次回のイベントでも、おなじみの方や初参加の方にお会いできるのを楽しみにしています。
ただし、参加を検討されている方は、以下の点にご注意ください🙇
1️⃣ イベント参加予定を「参加する」にしている場合、後で参加できなくなった際は、ステータスを「不参加」に変更するか、イベント開始4時間前までにご連絡ください。
2️⃣ 参加意思の表明は、できるだけ Meetup 上でお願いします。
💰 参加費・ドリンク注文について:
今回から、運営費や会場費の一部をまかなうため、参加費500円をお願いすることになりました。
また、カフェでの開催のため、お一人につきドリンク1杯のご注文も必須となります。☕

英語の時間では英語学習者が発言しやすいように、日本語の時間では日本語学習者が話しやすいようにご配慮をお願いします。
