Yoga in the Park

Since the weather did not cooperate yesterday, let's try this again!

Breathe in. Stretch out. Connect with nature.

Join me for a refreshing outdoor yoga session surrounded by sunshine, fresh air, and peaceful vibes. This open-level flow is the perfect way to unwind, recharge, and move your body in a beautiful, natural setting. Beginners are welcome.

We will meet in Eisenhower Park, in the picnic area near Parking Lot 2. Please plan to arrive about 5-10 minutes early, so we can get set up. Following yoga, we will be having a potluck picnic. Everyone is welcome to join, but no pressure either way. Consider bringing: yoga/exercise mat, towel, water, sunscreen, and maybe something for the picnic. Hope to see you there!
