Come join me as we move, breathe, and feel good! This All Levels Flow class is designed for anyone who wants to stretch, strengthen, and find balance. Beginners are welcome. We’ll move through a mindful, easy-to-follow flow that connects breath with movement. You’ll get options to make each pose work for your body, whether you are taking it slow or feeling ready to challenge yourself. Expect good vibes and a relaxed space where you can show up just as you are. Perfect for anyone looking to feel grounded, restored, and connected.
