Come join me as we move, breathe, and feel good. This All Levels Flow is designed for anyone who wants to stretch, strengthen, and find balance. Beginners are welcome. During the winter, this will be an indoor event! ❄️

⭐️ We’ll move through a mindful, easy-to-follow flow that connects breath with movement.
⭐️ You’ll get options to make each pose work for your body, whether you are taking it slow or feeling ready to challenge yourself.
⭐️ Expect good vibes and a relaxed space where you can show up just as you are.
⭐️ Perfect for anyone looking to feel grounded, restored, and connected.

Please plan to arrive about 5-10 minutes early to get set up. Consider bringing a yoga mat, exercise mat, or towel, any props you may need, and some water. Donations are welcome. Hope to see you there! 🙂
