"What to Expect at Closing When You're the Buyer," presented by Shawn Horan, the Managing Attorney for Galbreath Costner.
He will discuss the HUD-1 settlement statement and categories of fees, charges etc. He will also be answering your real estate legal questions. He has deep experience in the closing arena as well as foreclosure and even HOA law. You will enjoy his down-to-earth manner and engaging style.
